1: No Serial is needed, just click next or enter anything.
2: If you get an error during install, you need to install the Microsoft SOAP toolkit

3: Download MOD.CAB and follow populationctrl’s instructions!

4:FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS Provided by: populationctrl
1) use ultra iso and extract the image to a folder
2) download the new mod.cab file and replace the one in the folder with freshly downloaded one
3) use ultra iso to make an image from that folder
4) mount the image and do not enter a serial.
5) Install ends with an error at the end, click ok and reboot if necessary.
6) Run the app. *** i did install the soap toolkit***
